Postal Rates

All packages over £20 must now be sent insured. I have suffered a few losses due to parcels being under insured and am no longer willing to send packages under insured.

To make this less of a sting for lower value packages I have, at a cost to me, subsidised the postal costs for packages valued between £50 to £100 so the customer pays less than the actual cost of postage.

This way all packages are insured to full value. Higher value items have to be fully insured with tracking  & signature of receipt at delivery point where possible.

Costs include mailers and heavy duty stiffeners - I use excellent quality mailing products, and usually ship within 24 hours of payment of order on normal working days.

I will usually add updates of any forseeable shipping delays to the top of this section. Please check back here before ordering if you require fast shipping so as to avoid any disappointment.
